Location of Coworking Spaces (CWSs) Regarding Vicinity, Land Use and Points of Interest (POIs)

Background: The place of work is, besides the residence, a main travel destination in course day for working people, who make up majority western European societies. Other daily destinations, such as those childcare, social activities, and buying groceries, are spatially related to both these. This article aims detect if how character neighbourhood associated land use is location coworking spaces. Specifically, we investigate spatial relation between spaces (CWSs) peripheral non-peripheral regions specific points interest (POIs). These POIs could be destinations relevant common lifestyle people. data rely on identifying CWSs (peripheral/non-peripheral, use) Germany relating using georeferenced data. results show an accumulation residential areas higher number their vicinity. From these results, infer that relatively vicinity makes it more likely this service thus provides advantages users CWSs. If performed CWS close other reached short time spending capacity remain local economy. quality life increase, commute shrinking with effects traffic, carbon emission, work–life balance.
